We report differential mRNA sequencing data on C57BL/6 background of both Wildtype and Alkbh8Def in saline and acetaminophen exposure conditions in acute (6 hour) and chronic (4 day) conditions. Overall design: Total RNA was isolated from murine liver tissue and treated with DNAse. Samples were prepped and processed at the University at Albany Center for Functional Genomics with Poly-A selection and ran on Illumina Nextseq500 (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA) at 75 million single-end reads per run.
