The present data suggest that the infiltration of inactive CD8+ T cells with low clonality is induced by chemotaxis in the HIGH group, possibly leading to poor prognosis of GC patients. Overall design: We performed scRNA-seq analysis from 34 gastric cancers and 7 adjacent normal gastric mucosae. Please note that the re-analyzed samples included in the current study are listed in the Series data table below and the GC.CD8T.rds file contains their processed data.
