Mitochondrial genome sequencing, assembly and annotation of Aprostocetus nigroplaque (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae)

This project focuses on the sequencing, de novo assembly, and annotation of the complete mitochondrial genome of Aprostocetus nigroplaque, a parasitic wasp belonging to the family Eulophidae. The mitochondrial genome data will contribute to phylogenetic and evolutionary studies of Hymenoptera insects.
