The Meteor-3M satellite mission is a joint partnership between NASA and the Russian Aviation and Space Agency (RASA).The payload includes SAGE III and other instruments. Measurements Taken: 1. temperature and humidity profiles 2. clouds, 3. surface properties 4. high energy particles in the upper atmosphere.
