Relation Between Production, Prices, and Acreage of Potatoes in Idaho

The purpose of these talks was to acquaint those interested in the current potato situation with some of the basic facts of production, prices, and acreage changes of recent years and to draw from these facts such tentative conclusions concerning prospects for 1931 as may help producers to determine their acreage policies in the spring of 1931.
