Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid mNGS DNA and RNA sequencing datasets and analysis script

<pre>This repository contains original codes for major analyses in the manuscript 'Multimodal Metagenomic Analysis of Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid Enables Differential Diagnosis Between Lung Cancer and Pulmonary Infections'. <br>All data are included in the 'data' directory. In "pipeline" and "machine_learning_scripts" folders, the codes for the major analyses are included. The processed microbiome and host data for all 402 individuals are provided. <br>All data published were accorded to Human Genetic Resources Administration of China regulation and to comply with informed consent.</pre>本代码仓库收录了论文《支气管肺泡灌洗液（Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid）多模态宏基因组分析（Multimodal Metagenomic Analysis）实现肺癌与肺部感染的鉴别诊断》中主要分析流程的原始代码。所有数据均收录于"data"目录中。在"pipeline"与"machine_learning_scripts"文件夹内，收录了本研究主要分析所用的代码文件。本研究提供了全部402名受试者的预处理微生物组与宿主数据。本研究发布的所有数据均符合中国人类遗传资源管理局（Human Genetic Resources Administration of China）的相关规定，并严格遵循知情同意原则。
