资源简介:
Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) is one of the most common nosocomial pathogens worldwide. To clarify the genetic and epidemiological properties of multidrug-resistant (MDR) P. aeruginosa strains isolated from medical settings in Myanmar, P. aeruginosa clinical isolates from different patients were obtained from 2015 to 2017. Whole genomes of the MDR P. aeruginosa isolates were sequenced by MiSeq (Illumina). Phylogenetic trees were constructed from single nucleotide polymorphism concatemers. Multilocus sequence types were deduced and drug resistance genes were identified. These isolates harbored genes encoding carbapenemases and 16S rRNA methylases. The MDR P. aeruginosa belonged various sequence types, including ST235, ST273, ST314, ST357 and ST1047.
