Parameter-Free Derivation α 137.036 and RGE Implementation Script

This paper implements the PTPC pipeline—PTPC geometry → bounce-reset boundary seeds → SM RG running—to obtain α−1(0)≈137.036\alpha^{-1}(0)\approx 137.036α−1(0)≈137.036 without tunable parameters. We detail the 2⊕3 flag, unit-cell normalization k=P⋆k=\sqrt{P_\star}k=P⋆​<br>Python implementation of the parameter-free PTPC pipeline producing α−1(0)\alpha^{-1}(0)α−1(0). Seeds gi(μb)g_i(\mu_b)gi​(μb​) via PTPC geometry and bounce-reset, runs 1- and 2-loop SM RG with thresholds, performs electroweak matching and hadronic vacuum polarization, and outputs α(0)\alpha(0)α(0) with an error budget.
