资源简介:
This study aimed to (1) assess the dynamics of denitrification rates and N2O fluxes across continuously flooded, semi-flooded, and non-flooded zones during summer and winter; (2) evaluate the impact of sediment properties and nosZI communities on N2O emissions; and (3) provide insights for mitigating N2O emissions in urban lakeside ecosystems. Three treatments were set at the site: non-flooded (NF), semi-flooded (SF), and continuously flooded (CF) sites.Data included N2O emission fluxes, potential denitrification rates and anaerobic ammonia oxidation rates, soil properties, abundance of denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation genes (nirS, nirK, nosZI, and nrfA), as well as geographic location and time of sampling at different sampling sites during summer and winter.
