H3K27me3 ChIP sequencing on inner ear organ of Corti from WT and Bmi1 KO neonatal mice

We conducted ChIP sequencing for H3k27me3 mark on inner ear organ of Corti from WT and Bmi1 KO neonatal mice, thereby clarifying the epigenetic mechanisms by which Bmi1 impacts auditory cell fate. Comparative CUT&Tag analysis was performed by pulling down with an anti-H3K27me3 antibody and comparing this with a nonspecific negative control Input.
