The samples of human liver tissues from the healthy donors, the HBV-infected patients without cirrhosis, and the HBV-infected patients with cirrhosis were collected. The tissues were then analyzed by the m6A-mRNA&lncRNA Epitranscriptomic miroarray. The Goal of this experiment was to determine the different of gene expression and m6a methylation of liver tissues among the healthy donors, the HBV-infected patients with and without cirrhosis. Overall design: a total of 9 liver tissues from different donors were collected, including 3 from healthy donors, 3 from HBV-infected patients without cirrohsis, and 3 from HBV-infected patients with cirrhosis. The total RNA were extracted from the tissues within 24h at 4 °C and ahead of microarray analysis. Ethical approval for this study was provided by the Ethical Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University, Xi’an, China on 24 February 2016. All research was conducted in accordance with both the Declarations of Helsinki and Istanbul. Written consent was given in writing by all subjects.
