Research practicum: Scanning electron microscope.

Images obtained from a SEM and used in order to distinguish particles based on size, form and distribution. For all acquired images the corresponding thresholded image can also be found, which were used to determine the average particle size and its distribution (through the "analyze particles" function of Imagej). Furthermore the .csv files containing the Feret diameters obtained from Imagej as well as the Python script used to process the data are also presented.本数据集收录了扫描电子显微镜（SEM）拍摄的图像，用于依据颗粒的尺寸、形态与分布特征进行区分。所有采集得到的图像均配有对应的阈值化图像，后者通过ImageJ的"分析颗粒（analyze particles）"功能被用于计算平均颗粒尺寸及其分布情况。此外，本数据集还提供了从ImageJ中提取得到的包含费雷特直径（Feret diameters）的逗号分隔值（CSV）文件，以及用于处理该数据的Python脚本。
