Stepwise activities of mSWI/SNF family chromatin remodeling complexes direct T cell activation and exhaustion [Cut&Tag]

This study comprehensively profiles the mSWI/SNF complexes throughout acute and chronic T cell stimulation, with and without small molecular inhibitors and degraders. Specifically, we find pan SWI/SNF and complex specific roles in both activation and exhaustion. Overall design: Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) for BAF subunits SMARCA4, SS18, ARID1A, Brd9, and PBRM1 as well as the histone modification H3K27ac in activated Primary Human and Mouse CD8 positive T cells with and without compound treatment.
