Contaminated soil sequencing

(1) investigate the effects of long-term low to moderate levels of Hg on soil bacterial communities under field conditions, (2) investigate whether the response of the soil bacterial communities can be applied as an evaluation index to indicate the pollution status, and (3) determine the impact of long-term low and moderate levels of Hg contamination on soil multifunctionality.
