资源简介:
This dataset provides processed proteomics quantification results obtained from anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) tissues of mice subjected to chronic constriction injury (CCI) and electroacupuncture (EA) treatment. The data were generated using LC–MS/MS–based proteomics and analyzed with MaxQuant (v1.6 or later) against the UniProt Mus musculus (2022_10) database. The uploaded Excel file (.xlsx) contains normalized protein intensities, differential expression analysis between the CCI and EA groups, and GO/KEGG pathway enrichment results. These results summarize the quantitative protein changes underlying the central analgesic mechanism of electroacupuncture.Although the raw LC–MS/MS spectra are not included in this repository, they can be made available upon reasonable request from the corresponding author. This processed dataset supports the manuscript titled “Electroacupuncture Relieves Neuropathic Pain by Suppressing ACC Pyramidal Activity via mGluR5 Inhibition in CCI Mice” and can be used for validation and secondary analyses related to pain modulation and neuroproteomics.
