Microbial communities in high-temperature hot springs of central Kyushu, Japan

This study investigated the microbial communities in various hot springs located in southeastern Japan, with the aim of conducting a broader distribution survey and analyzing environmental factors to clarify the habitat range and environmental adaptation characteristics of a deep-branching archaeal lineage.
