This record fixes a computational biology discovery from the Trinity longevity-discovery pipeline. Core finding: the phase-3 mitochondrial hit set forms a minimal invariant kernel. All 7 mitochondrial triad candidates are retained across baseline, size-fair, capped, and cb_1_g_small accepted sets, while immune, DNA, and cilia theme-hit sets lose members after localization into cb_1_g_small. Retention inside cb_1_g_small:- mito 7/7- immune 4/6- DNA 3/4- cilia 2/3 The upload contains the claim document, the phase-13 retention audit, the retention matrix, the 7-complex mitochondrial kernel table, and the Physiology or Medicine summary report.
