INCOME TAX: ESSENCE AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the economic essence of income tax and the procedure for its payment in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study examines the theoretical foundations of income taxation, its role in the fiscal system, and the mechanisms for calculating and paying personal income tax based on the current tax legislation of Uzbekistan.
