16S rRNA Gene Sequencing of Gut Microbiota in Diabetic Mice Treated with Fermented and Non-Fermented Celery Juice

This project contains raw 16S rRNA gene sequencing data of gut microbiota from type 2 diabetic mice treated with fermented celery juice (FCJ) and non-fermented celery juice (NFCJ). The study aimed to explore how lactic acid fermentation of celery juice influences gut microbial composition and diversity in the context of diabetes. These data provide a resource for further research on diet-microbiota interactions and their role in metabolic health.
