Collection of four sampled scRNA-seq datasets derived from blood an tumor samples, used for testing purposes on scGate tool (Hao et. al 2021, Zilionis et. al. 2019, Jerby-Arnon 2018, Yost et. al. 2019). All datasets were sampled with 2000 randomly selected cells.
