The following dataset was collected as part of a PhD thesis candidature by Alejandro Trujillo-González. Data provides threshold cycles (Ct) and melting temperature (Tm) values determined for amplicons in quantitative PCR tests and assays ran in a QuantStudio3™ Real-Time PCR System (ThermoFisher Scientific Inc., Brisbane) using QuantStudio™ Design and Analysis Software (version 1.4.2).The full methodology is available in the Open Access publication from the Related Publications link below.
