The project is dedicated to the study of the effect of cryopreservation of human placental tissue on the molecular and biological properties of mesenchymal stem cells. The cryopreservation technology provides the opportunity to create the allogeneic placenta tissue cryobanks for MSCs manufacturing according to cGMP requirements. The study of cell differentiation potential, immunophenotype, metabolism, transcriptome alteration and therapeutic potential on premature ovarian failure (POF) mice model could help to recognise the prospective clinical application of cryopreserved placenta-tissue derived MSCs. Furthermore, mRNA profile alteration of MSCs from cryopreserved tissue could show the molecular mechanism of cryoinjuries.
