RNA-seq of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0, rsl2 rsl4 double mutant and bdr6 bdr7 double mutant. The primary roots of 4-DAG seedlings were selected. Three biological replicates were taken for each material, and approximately 0.2 g of material was collected for each biological replicate. After collection, the samples were immediately snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored. The Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform was selected for sequencing. The clean data of each sample reached more than 6.54 Gb, and the percentage of Q30 bases was above 95.94%. In this project, Col-0 was set as the control group, while the rsl2rsl4 double mutant and the bdr6bdr7 double mutant were set as experimental groups. Based on the expression level quantification results, differential gene analysis between groups was carried out to obtain the genes with differential expression between the two groups.
