Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Reveals Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Formula Alleviates Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Through Regulation of Macrophage Chemotaxis

Integrated network pharmacology, single-cell RNA sequencing, and experimental analyses revealed that Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Formula (YQHYJDF) protects lung tissue by inhibiting macrophage chemotaxis and neutrophil recruitment through suppression of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α, PI3K/AKT, MAPK, and NF-κB signaling, and downregulation of chemokines CCL2, CCL7, and CCL12.
