Domestic cat hepadnavirus and hepatocellular carcinoma: association, localization and integration

This dataset consists of sequencing reads generated from 150 bp paired-end sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq platform. The reads were trimmed for quality and adapter sequences and subsequently mapped to the Domestic cat hepadnavirus reference genome (GenBank accession number NC_040719.1, isolate Sydney2016, complete genome).Goal is to identified domestic cat hepadnavirus genome within feline hepatocellular carcinoma liver tissue .
