资源简介:
- Genome Annotations of 87 Mammalian and 107 Angiosperm species used in this study. For each genome, a fasta file of protein sequences ("*.pep") and a GFF-like file showing gene positions on chromosomes/scaffolds ("*.bed") are provided. - Micro-synteny Network of 87 Mammals (4-columns version and simplified 2-columns version (edgelist), under the parametre of b5s5m15), and the clustering result, using the infomap algorithm. - Micro-synteny Network of BUSCO genes of 87 Mammalian genomes, and the clustering result. - Micro-synteny Network of 107 Angiosperms (4-columns version and simplified 2-columns version (edgelist),under the parametre of b5s5m25), and the clustering result, using the infomap algorithm. - Micro-synteny Network of BUSCO genes of 107 Plant genomes, and the clustering result. - Spreadsheets Supplementary Table 1: Genome annotation information of the genomes used. Supplementary Table 2: Phylogenetic profiling of all microsynteny clusters. Supplementary Table 3: Copy numbe of all BUSCO genes. Supplementary Table 4: Phylogenetic profiling of all microsynteny clusters of BUSCO genes.
