Co-IP with antibody against mouse Mot1, Ino80 , Nc2 beta and IgG, then use anti-Mot1, Ino80 or Nc2 beta antibodies to detect the Mot1, Ino80 and Nc2 beta. The order of the samples is: 40% Input, IP_IgG, IP_Mot1, 40% Input, IP_IgG, IP_Ino80, 40% Input, IP_IgG, IP_Nc2 beta,以针对小鼠Mot1、Ino80、Nc2β及IgG的抗体开展免疫共沉淀（Co-IP）实验，随后分别使用抗Mot1、抗Ino80或抗Nc2β抗体对Mot1、Ino80及Nc2β进行检测。样本顺序依次为：40% Input、IP_IgG、IP_Mot1、40% Input、IP_IgG、IP_Ino80、40% Input、IP_IgG、IP_Nc2β。
