Oat genomic resources for breeders and pre-breeders - Pangenome sequences

This collection contains pan-genome sequences of 26 oat accessions. This data will provide resources that can be used to rapidly and cheaply map new oat genomes of specific interest. It will also accelerate gene discovery, facilitate genome analysis, and fast-track the development and application of genomics-based tools to support oat breeding.
