Lutjanus fulvus (Blacktail Snapper) genome, fLutFul1

The Blacktail Snapper (Lutjanus fulvus) is distributed across the Indo-Pacific region, from East Africa to the Marquesas and Line Islands, north to southern Japan, and south to Australia, where it ranges from Western Australia to New South Wales, including Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and Norfolk Island. This assembly was produced by Ocean Genomes. This assembly is based on PacBio HiFi long reads, Dovetail Omni-C libraries and Illumina short reads. Data was generated at the Minderoo OceanOmics Centre at the University of Western Australia and assembled in house using a custom pipeline (https://github.com/MinderooFoundation) that follows Vertebrate Genomes Project workflows (https://vertebrategenomesproject.org/).
