Search results supporting Improved peptide search for identification of SUMO and sequence-based modifications, in MaxSBM. The zipped folder contains the search results with the output .txt filed and accompanied parameter files.
We reanalysed published proteomics datasets: SUMO-HEK (PXD008003), SUMO-Adip (PXD024144), SUMO-MEC (PXD017697). These datasets represent SUMOylation experiments in human and mouse cells.
