Proinflammatory cytokine measurements in IB3-1 cells following cationic antimicrobial peptide exposure

IB31 cells were exposed to 25μM LL37 or WLBU2 for various amounts of time, followed by quantitative RT-PCR measurement of IL1β & TNFα transcripts. The spreadsheet includes raw data and delta-delta Ct calculations for Real-time PCR; strikethrough values were not included in the analyses. GADPH was used as a control reagent.
