Research data supporting "Amino Acid Requirements of the Chinese Hamster Ovary Cell Metabolism during Recombinant Protein Production"

Dataset associated with the metabolic modelling of CHO cells producing recombinant antibodies. The relevant codes along with the individual Flux distributions of CHO cells (obtained by Flux balance analysis using the metabolic model iCHO1766) are recorded in response variations in the amino acid content of serum-free medium for (1) wild type cells, (2) cells, which express different types of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that display differences in mAb size and amino acid composition. Different regimes of amino acid supplementation were tested in silico, and how the intracellular flux distributions change in response to these variations are also recorded.
