Sequencing of bacterial genomes with possible entomopathogenic properties

The aim is to study the structure of genotypes of entomopathogenic bacterial strains, to obtain new knowledge about bacterial genomes, genetic diversity and phylogenetics of bacterial strains using modern methods of whole-genome sequencing. Modern genomic technologies in combination with methods of microbiology, entomology and bioinformatics allow qualitatively realize the tasks of studying the structure of genotypes, obtaining new knowledge about bacterial genomes, genetic diversity and phylogenetics of native bacteria. Genetic passportization of microorganism strains with insecticidal activity is an urgent task, the solution of which is necessary for the development and improvement of technology for obtaining entomopathogenic biopreparations and increasing their competitiveness in the national and international market.
