Kip1-myc12 and Cin8-myc12 were overexpressed either alone in yeast cells (wild-type), co-overexpressed with Sic1Δ3P to inhibit Clb/Cdc28 complexes (+Sic1Δ3P) or co-overexpressed with Clb2 (+Clb2). The assigned phosphoresidues are shown in bold and indicated with an asterisk (*); CDK sites are indicated with bold italics. A plus (+) indicates that the phosphopeptide was observed while a minus (−) indicates that it was not observed.
