资源简介:
Over three years of study (2019-2021), adult sockeye salmon were radio tagged in the lower Copper River, Alaska. At the time of tagging, fish were weighed and measured, a small clip of gill tissues was taken, and preserved in RNAlater for genomics analysis conducted by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Canada (Dr. Kristi Miller's lab). The dataset consists of a .csv file with columns for sample identifier information (OverallOrder, Orig_ID, Spp, Year, Collection_Type, TagLocation, DFO_ID) followed by the associated probabilities for a series of stressor states including Thermal Stress, Imminent Mortality, Viral Disease Development, and Hypoxia Stress. Probabilities were developed from known stressor studies of Chinook and sockeye salmon conducted by DFO Canada. The biomarkers used to assess stressor transcriptome response included:
Thermal Stress:
TM_SERPIN_20-379
TM_SERPIN_9-380
TM_HSP90a_6-271
OS_EEF2_580
GS_HSP90b-268
TM_FKBP10_2-582
TM_HSP90a_15-269
TM_FKBP10-4_583
Imminent Mortality:
IM_ODC1_678
IM_NUPR1_677
OS_CEBPB_665
IM_ARRDC2_663
IM_CLEC4E_666
OS_FKBP5_584
Viral Disease Development:
VDD_MX_86
VDD_IFI44A_81
VDD_RSAD_367
VDD_HERC6_77
VDD_IFIT5_2_83
VDD_GAL3_72
Hypoxia Stress:
HP_HIF1A-262
HP_RAMP1-631
HP_AURKB_634
HP_NCAPD3_645
Specific questions about the lab analysis and determination of stressor states should be directed to Dr. Kristi Milller (Kristi.Saunders@dfo-mpo.gc.ca) or Dr. Kristen Gorman (kbgorman@alaska.edu).
