Replication Data for: Policy Preferences and Ministerial Structures: Immigrant Integration Governance in Western Europe, 1997–2017.

Replication data for regression analyses and t-test for article: \"Policy Preferences and Ministerial Structures: Immigrant Integration Governance in Western Europe, 1997–2017\" in Governance (Volume 34, Issue 1, 2021, pages 127-146). The dataset documents the miniterial structure, government types and immigration and asylum numbers in 16 Western European countries from 1997-2017. The dataset combine data from three sources: Data on the ministerial structure (responsible ministries and ministers) for the integration and immigration field are extracted from the Dataset on Immigrant Integration Governance (DIIG) (Hernes(2020): https://doi.org/10.18710/ZMJLZT). Classifications of governments are extracted from the DIIG, but are originally derived from Parlgov.com. Data on immigration and asylum numbers are from EUROSTAT.
