Experimental dataset on alternative weeding practices (2019-2020) - CanecoH project

The CanecoH project (sugarcane without herbicides) is experimenting and testing alternative weed control practices on Reunion Island to reduce the use of phytopharmaceutical products. The project is based on the redesign of sugarcane systems, in consultation with growers. A "zero herbicide" system is also being tested and evaluated. The practices are implemented on so-called "analytical" trials, i‧e. on small areas with repetitions. This is an experimental dataset from a non irrigated trial on sugarcane (cycle 3) in association with service plants, set up in 2019 at a grower's site and harvested in 2020.
