Dinosaur biodiversity declined well before the asteroid impact, influenced by ecological and environmental pressures

This zipped file contains:(1) Original database: it includes the dataset for each dinosaur family with species, fossil occurrences, ages, locality, and specimen number;(2) Paleo_environment_MBD: it includes the dataset for the 10 time-continuous paleo-environmental variables used for the MBD model in PyRate;(3) PyRate commands: it includes a command list of the Bayesian analyses performed on the dinosaur datasets using PyRate;(4) PyRate inputs: it includes the 9 datasets used as input files for estimating the diversification in PyRate;(5) PyRate outputs: it includes the files for the times of speciation and extinction (TsTe) for each dinosaur family, which are used in several PyRate analyses.<br>
