Effect of depletion of NUP62 on gene expression during Botrytis cinerea infection of Arabidopsis seedlings [Arabidopsis]

To investigate NUP62 in the regulation of plant defense against Botrytis cinerea , we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of nup62 mutant and WT arabidopsis with or without Botrytis cinerea infection. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Botrytis cinerea- infected and mock-treated nup62 mutant and WT Arabidopsis.
