CDPHE Colorado School and Child Care Immunization School District Data

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Colorado School and Childcare Immunization District Data table contains summarized data for Kindergarten students and K-12 students by school district boundary as displayed in the Colorado School and Childcare Immunization Data Dashboard, beginning with the 2017-18 school year. The district dataset only includes schools designated as public by the Colorado Department of Education. The CDPHE Immunization Program annually collects immunization data from schools and licensed childcare programs in Colorado. ID: Unique identifier for each district (numeric). District_Name: This field indicates the name of the licensing county for childcares, and indicates the names of the school district for schools (character). Survey_Type: This field indicates if the site’s submitted data corresponds to Kindergarten students or K-12 students (“School”) (character). Vaccine: This field indicates the vaccine type (character). Metric: This field indicates the vaccination status category. Values include Fully Immunized, Nonmedical Exemption, Medical Exemption, In Process, Incomplete Record, No Record, and Summary Compliant (character). Value_Percent: This field indicates the vaccination status rate (numeric). Enrollment: This field indicates the total enrollment. Enrollment for the Tdap vaccine includes grades 6 through 12 (numeric).
