Mus musculus strain:R1 Raw sequence reads

We used SLAM-seq to study the global stability of transcripts in Caprin1 KO cells. Briefly, cells were 4sU-metabolic labeled for 24 h, followed by a chase with unlabeled uridine for 0, 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h. Samples were then subjected to RNA extraction and thiol modification; the 4sU-containing transcripts were converted to C after reverse transcription and library construction. The mutations in each time point were integrated to calculate the half-life of each transcript.
