Sequencing of severals transcriptoms of Marine micro-eucaryotes. Marine Micro eucaryote transcriptoms

Unlike marine prokaryotes, very little genomic data from marine organisms are available so far. In this context, we sequence several micro-eukaryotic marine species transcriptomes who will contribute to the reference database METdb.
