Protected areas (protected zones) are protected zones (designated areas) for drinking water resources (wells and springs) approved in decisions of the water law authority.
The legally binding boundaries of the protection zones can only be seen in the water book!
Protected areas are zones for the protection of water resources adopted on the basis of state ordinances.
The legally binding boundaries of the closed areas can be found in the regulations!
The data set includes e.g. also projected protected and protected areas

ANLAGENNAM (String) = name of the protected or closed area in the Vorarlberg water information system
TYPE OF INSTALLATION (string)
TYPCODE (string)
SUBSCRIPTION (string) = marking of the protection zones according to their degree of protection: Protection zones 1, 2, 2a, 2b or 3 or
Labelling of closed areas according to their regulations according to the Water Law Act (§34 or §35)
SUBTYPCODE (string)
PROCESSING (string) = status of protected or closed area:
"Annex exists" = protected area has been approved or the closed area has been adopted in a regulation,
"projected" = protected area or protected area is in the planning phase (no permit or regulation!)
STRATEGY = address of the installation
Postcode (number) = Postcode
COMMUNITY (String) = Municipality in which the complex is located
WISONLINE (URL) = URL to the WIS extract (only available in the country portal!)
WIS _ID (String)= unique identification of the plant in the Vorarlberg water information system
