ESCO green concept scheme: version membership (v1.2.1) and v1.2.0 to v1.2.1 concept-level drift

A minimal, reproducible evidence set documenting the membership of the green concept scheme of ESCO (the European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations classification) in version 1.2.1, and the concept-level changes between versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. Headline figures. ESCO v1.2.1 green concept scheme: 636 concepts (629 released, 7 obsolete; 436 skills, 200 knowledge concepts). ESCO v1.2.0: 598 concepts (591 released). Concept-level changes between the two versions: 182 (110 added, 72 removed). The figure published in the 2022 labelling report, 571 concepts, remained displayed on the ESCO reference pages as of July 2026, with no concept-level changelog reconciling it with the released datasets. Method. Both files were derived by the author from the publicly released ESCO RDF datasets (v1.2.0 and v1.2.1), downloaded from the ESCO download portal in July 2026. Membership was determined by the skos:inScheme relation to the ESCO green concept scheme; the delta is the symmetric difference of the membership sets between the two releases, annotated with the direction of change. No modelling, weighting or inference is involved. This deposit supports the empirical claims of an accompanying manuscript on the governance of green-skills measurement infrastructure.
