Human postnatal thymus datasets (4-33 months of age). Cells were enriched for CD45- and CD25+CD8- cells and then split for CITE-seq and ATAC-seq. CITE-seq cells were stained with the Biolegend TotalSeq-C human universal antibody panel v1.0 and captured with 10X Genomics 5' v2 kits. ATAC-seq nuclei were prepped using 10X Genomics reagents and captured using ATAC v1 kits.
