We used Bulk RNA sequencing to determine the global transcriptional effects of Wls cKO in cardiomyocytes on mouse injury response after MI. Overall design: Cardiomyocytes and Non-Cardiomyocytes were collected from each mice. Each mice received three consecutive doses of TAM from P1-P3, and mice underwent MI at P2. Samples were collected 2 weeks are surgery. 3 Hearts were collected from each experimental condition.
