Trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) resistance is a major challenge in clinics, reducing the clinical outcome of HER2+ breast cancer patients. To identify the list of genes differentially expressed during T-DM1 resistance, we performed whole transcriptome sequencing in wild-type (WT) vs.T-DM1 resistant (T-DM1R) derivatives of SK-BR-3 and BT-474 HER2+ breast cancer cells.
