Graph Instances for Atomic Cliques

This dataset contains all graph instances used in the paper "On Atomic Cliques in Temporal Graphs". These graph instances were derived from the Second DIMACS Implementation Challenge and Stanford Large Network Dataset Collection using Python. To reproduce the numerical results of the paper using these graph instances, readers may first download the code shared publicly on Github at https://github.com/yajun668/AtomicCliques.
