A total of 117 sequences in FASTA format present in this file contain 38, 14, 16, 25, and 19 sequences from Campylobacter jejuni, Legionella pneumophila, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, and Salmonella Typhimurium outbreak analysis, respectively, and remaining five from two pairs in comparison to Gubbins.
