Consumers who have dietary preferences in Poland 2019, by type

Nutritional restrictions were applied by more than one third of survey respondents in Poland in 2019. Among the applied dietary restrictions the most popular was exclusion of sugar from the diet. Vegetarianism and veganism are still not very popular diets in Poland; 13 percent of respondents excluded meat from their diet, of which one percent restricted all animal-derived products.
